Customer advisor (m/f/d)

PetRhein GmbH is an innovative company in the pet supplies sector. We distribute smart products for cats and dogs that enrich the lives of pets and their owners. 

 

Objective of the Position

The position of Customer Service Representative focuses on providing our customers with excellent support, efficiently handling their inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication. The role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term customer relationships.

 

Your Tasks

  • Telephone Customer Support: Receiving and handling incoming calls, advising on questions about products and services, and solving problems.
  • Email Communication: Professional and timely response to customer inquiries via email.
  • Problem Solving: Analyzing and handling customer issues, such as complaints or questions about orders, in close collaboration with internal departments.
  • Follow-up and Documentation: Creating and maintaining customer data and tracking open cases to ensure a quick and sustainable solution via our inventory management system.
  • After-Sales Service: Supporting customers after purchase, e.g., returns, warranty questions, or technical support.
  • Proactive Customer Communication: Assisting in identifying and implementing opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training or a similar field.
  • Experience in customer service, a call center, or a comparable position.
  • Basic technical knowledge and experience with the implementation of software solutions, merchandise management, and CRM systems.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both on the phone and in writing.
  • Structured and goal-oriented work style, even under time pressure.
  • Proficient in common office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel) and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Passion for dealing with people and a strong problem-solving mentality.
  • Openness to new cultures and ways of working
  • Tech affinity in dealing with smart products
  • You have a cat and understand its behavior
