Introduction

PetRhein GmbH is an innovative company in the pet supplies sector. We distribute smart products for cats and dogs that enrich the lives of pets and their owners. 

 

Objective of the Position

The customer service employee position focuses on providing excellent support to our customers, efficiently handling their inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication. The role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term customer relationships.

 

Your Tasks

  • Telephone Customer Service: Receiving and handling incoming calls, advising on product and service inquiries, and solving problems.
  • Email Communication: Professional and timely response to customer inquiries via email.
  • Problem Solving: Analyzing and handling customer issues, such as complaints or order inquiries, in close collaboration with internal departments.
  • Follow-up and Documentation: Creating and maintaining customer data and tracking open cases to ensure a quick and sustainable solution through our inventory management system.
  • After-Sales Service: Supporting customers after purchase, such as returns, warranty questions, or technical support.
  • Proactive Customer Communication: Assisting in identifying and implementing opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training or similar field.
  • Experience in customer service, in a call center or a comparable position.
  • Basic technical knowledge and experience with the introduction of software solutions, merchandise management, and CRM systems.
  • Clear and professional expression, both on the phone and in writing.
  • Structured and goal-oriented work approach, even under time pressure.
  • Confident handling of common office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel) and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Passion for dealing with people and a pronounced problem-solving mentality.
  • Openness to new cultures and working methods
  • Technical affinity in dealing with smart products
  • You have a cat and understand its behavior
