Where should the cat litter boxes be placed?

Please ensure that the smart cat litter box is placed on a hard, flat surface without carpet, otherwise the internal weight sensors may not properly detect your cat. Place it at least 5 cm away from a wall and make sure there are no objects near the entrance.

How do self-cleaning cat litter boxes protect my cat?

To ensure your cat's safety, all our devices are equipped with motion and weight sensors. The cleaning process is automatically interrupted when movement is detected in the toilet.

How do I introduce my cat to using the device?

Place the device in the same location where the previous cat litter box was. If possible, use the same clumping cat litter as before. You can also place your cat in the litter box the first time to help them get used to the smell and feel. Then, keep placing your cat in the litter box whenever they are about to do their business.

Are all types of cat litter compatible with self-cleaning cat litter boxes?

Our self-cleaning cat litter boxes are compatible with almost all types of clumping cat litter. For an optimal product experience, we recommend our tofu cat litter.
