(Senior) HR Manager with a focus on Recruiting (m/f/d)

Introduction

PetRhein GmbH is an innovative company in the pet supplies sector. We distribute
smart products for cats and dogs that enrich the lives of pets and their owners.

Objectives of the Position

We are looking for an experienced and committed HR Manager who is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing our personnel strategy. In this role, there is a particular focus on the recruiting process to attract the best talents for our company and to unite the team.


Your Tasks

  • Development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and processes that align with company goals
  • Monitoring and managing the entire personnel cycle, including recruitment, development, evaluation, and separation
  • Conducting employee interviews to assess performance, provide feedback, and promote employee development and motivation
  • Recruitment and selection of qualified candidates, including creating job postings, conducting interviews, and negotiating contracts
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Advising managers and employees on personnel-related issues, including performance management, employee retention, and conflict resolution
  • Development and implementation of training programs for employee education and promotion of internal career development
  • Managing and maintaining personnel records and providing HR-relevant data and reports
  • Building and maintaining a positive corporate culture based on collaboration, openness, and respect

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in the field of Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field, or a commercial education in the HR sector
  • Several years of experience in the HR field
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Experience in recruiting and selecting specialists and executives
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working.
  • High initiative, creativity, and an eye for detail, motivation to shape, implement own ideas, leadership potential, and hands-on mentality
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Openness to new cultures and ways of working
  • Plus: Affinity for dogs or cats
