CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION FOR THE COMPETITION
of PetRhein GmbH (AstroPet)These conditions of participation relate to the competition of PetRhein GmbH, Bayernstraße 14, 30855 Langenhagen (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer"). Participation in the competition is exclusively subject to these conditions of participation. The competition is not connected to Instagram in any way and is not organized or supported by Instagram.

1) Duration of the Competition
The duration of the competition extends from 12.01.2025 at 0:00 to 31.01.2025 at 23:59 (Central European Time (CET)). Within this period, users have the opportunity to participate in the competition online.

2) Course of the Competition
Participation is through…… following the two channels @astropet_eu and @lucky_lou.pet
… liking and commenting on the post
… posting a picture on the topic of nutrition or drinking on Instagram with #foodandfun and tagging @astropet_eu and @lucky_lou.pet
and agreeing to these conditions of participation.Participation is only possible within the participation period. Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered in the draw.
Only one submitted entry per participant will take part in the competition. It is strictly prohibited to use multiple accounts to increase the chances of winning.
Participation in the competition is free of charge.

3) Eligible Participants
Eligible participants are natural persons who have their residence in Germany and have reached the age of 18. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.
If participants are limited in their business capabilities, the consent of their legal representative is required.
All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of the organizer as well as their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition. Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example:
(a) in case of manipulations in connection with access to or conduct of the competition,  (b) in case of violations of these terms of participation, (c) in case of unfair actions or (d) in case of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

4) Prize, Notification, and Delivery of the Prize
The competition includes the AstroPet (by PetRhein) Taurus food dispenser, Lucky.Lou: Lifestage Adult Tasty-Mix 12-pack 1.5kg, Lifestage Adult Poultry & Shrimp 3 x 125g, Food Code Lifestage Light Poultry & Lamb 340g, Food Code Lifestage Adult Poultry & Duck 750g, Food Code Lifestage Adult Poultry & Salmon 1.7 kg.
The winners will be determined after the participation deadline as part of a random drawing among all participants.
The winner will be notified promptly via private message. The winner must contact astropet_eu (via the Instagram channel) within 1 week via private message with their name, address, and email address. If the winner does not contact within this period, the prize may be transferred by the organizer to another participant.
The prize will be handed over by parcel delivery at the organizer's expense exclusively to the winner or to the legal representative of the winner. An exchange, self-collection, or cash payment of the prize is not possible.
Any costs associated with claiming the prize (travel, etc.) are the responsibility of the winner.

5) Early Termination of the Competition
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. The organizer will particularly make use of this option if technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system, manipulation, or errors in hardware and/or software) or legal reasons make it impossible to guarantee the proper execution of the competition. If such termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, the organizer may demand compensation for the damage incurred from that person.

6) Data Protection
Participation in the competition requires the provision of personal data. The participant assures that the information provided about themselves, in particular first name, last name, address, and email address, is true and correct.
The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use.

7) Revocation
Participants are free at any time to cause the deletion of their registration data and thus withdraw from participation by revocation at service@astropet.de.

8) Liability
Claims for possible material and/or legal defects in the prizes donated by the prize sponsors are to be asserted exclusively against them.
The organizer is not liable for the insolvency of a prize sponsor and the consequences arising from it for the execution of the competition.

9) Contact, Applicable Law
The competition is conducted by PetRhein GmbH. For questions or complaints, please contact service@astropet.de or 05137 9379196.
The organizer's competition is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

10) Severability Clause
Should any provision of these terms of participation be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining terms of participation shall not be affected thereby.
