Since we got the "Safari Lodge Series" scratch pad, she not only lies on it from morning to night enjoying the view from the window, but also sleeps on it almost every night. The cats love it and as a cat mom, I do too, because its beautiful design fits perfectly into our decor. We've been using the scratch pad for quite some time now and it still looks great! Practical Disassembly

Is there a weight limit for the Neptune Series?

We recommend not using the litter box for cats weighing more than 8 kg.

How often should I empty the waste container?

The waste container of the Neptune Series should be emptied every 3–5 days. However, the interval may be shorter depending on how many cats use the toilet. Make sure to regularly check the waste container to ensure optimal hygiene.

Where should the Neptune Series be placed?

The Neptune Series should be placed in a quiet, easily accessible location that provides your cat with adequate privacy. Make sure to set up the litter box away from high-traffic areas and loud devices to maximize your cat's comfort. A well-ventilated room also helps minimize odors and create a pleasant environment.

How do I introduce my cat to using the Neptune Series?

To get your cat used to the Neptune Series, place the new litter box in the location of the old litter box. Let your cat explore the new environment and leave a small amount of the old litter in the new container. This smell is familiar to your cat. I am absolutely thrilled with this electronic cat toilet! My cats accepted it immediately, which surprised and of course pleased me very much – no acclimatization period needed. The cleaning process works reliably and thoroughly, so I no longer have to worry about cleaning it daily. Particularly positive is that there is no odor nuisance – even with several cats in the household, the air remains pleasantly fresh.
